I'm helping a wonderful couple sail their boat from Baltimore to Ft Lauderdale. We've had a few issues, but thankfully, we've been able to remedy them quickly. We lost the prop upon docking in Charleston, and the main sail ripped while underway. Unfortunately, the main cannot be repaired, so it will reduce our stability, but since we'll be sailing downwind, it's not a dealbreaker. Five years ago this month, I moved on board Wahine, embarked on my maiden voyage, and started this YouTube channel. My Grandson and family were with me and he took this video. It’s been a journey filled with highs and lows, living the dream with the occasional nightmare. Having explored 70 ports, I’ve covered half of Japan and there's so much more to come.
