Sometimes you mess up and it works out for the best. Fortunately for me and Mamadu, I messed up for a better passage. We left early in the morning and about 3 hours into the journey we had to turn around. Why? You'll have to watch to find out. Once we were finally sailing, we had perfect conditions and averaged about 7 knots which got us into Mindelo earlier than I expected.
