Update: Sailing After the Palisades Fire

There's nothing a good sewing machine can't mend. We're looking for a new house, unless of course we decide to build on our vacant lot, a decision being made by about 8,000 families, few of them much further along in the process than we are. In the meantime, despite a temporary national infection of hate and greed, California abides.
