On Day 2, San Diego delivered enough consistent breeze to sail three more races at the 2012 U.S. Disabled Sailing Champs. Today, meet Capri sailor Andy Fisher, whose team had three first-place finishes on the water (though one was later erased at a protest hearing) and Cristina Rubke, commodore of BAADS (Bay Area Association of Disabled Sailors), the organization with the most representation in the Access Dinghy Liberty and 303 classes.
