We shuck and suck the delicacies with a drop of lemon from trees in his yard. The huge sound system is playing warm African grooves from local artist Charlemagne who's with us sipping on palm wine. The vibe is delicious. We are anchored at Campment Villageois, a safe and calm spot. But we must sail back up river to take Mana back home.
