For over 40 years the Minervas, two limestone based coral formations elevated by now dormant volcanic activity have had their sovereignty fought over. For us and the many sharks who live here there was little to suggest that any trouble was brewing. It is truly a beautiful place to visit. The underwater life is incredible ( we don't do it justice in our vlog) and the water is crystal clear. A welcome place for a stop over on our journey north. Despite not finding a single crayfish during our stay we are hooked on this place.
