Preparing to sail the CARIBBEAN! Converting our icebox into fridge + fresh water tank ~ Postcard 12

We are in Coconut Grove, in Miami, FL, where we spent a few weeks doing some last boat projects in preparation for cruising the Caribbean! Before going, we need to make sure we have a functioning fridge and a reliable transmission. We decided to adapt our icebox for the best space utilization, and install a fresh water tank at the bottom. In this video, we explain what materials we chose for this and how the project turned out! After some major stocking up, paperwork, and covid tests... we are finally ready for our crossing! It's been a lot of build up until this moment, and we are so so SO excited to start cruising the Caribbean.
