We live on a 1976 Catalac 9M that's been converted to a fully electric boat. All our energy comes from our solar panels and we use it for propulsion, cooking and even making water! Our boat is 9m long by 4.2m wide and weighs 5 tons. We have 3200W of solar, two 6kW ePropulsion outboards, and a 14.4kWh lifepo4 battery pack.
