Finding Hosteria da Ganino...Again?

Six years ago we ate one of the best meals of our lives at a tiny restaurant in Florence, Italy. Too bad we forgot to write down the name of this culinary treasure. Recently, we went back to Florence and wandered the streets until we found Hosteria da Ganino! The restaurant that has been looming so large for years. Was it everything we remembered?
