Ep006 Sailing Portugal: Rio Guadiana, Wild Food and a Haul Out

In this episode we sail to the Rio Guadiana, on the border of Portugal and Spain. Here we anchor 22 miles upriver and find wild food growing in abundance...olives, almonds, herbs, prickly pear cactus, quince, pomegranate and asparagus! With many nationalities living on the river full time, this is a true liveaboard community, and a special place we felt right at home.
