We swap sails for wheels and get our adrenaline fix on an epic quad bike tour along this famous stretch of coastline, with massive dunes and incredible ocean views all around. Back on board, it’s another day in the life of cruisers — the fridge needs fixing (again!) before we can set sail. But the ocean has a surprise for us… During our final swim, we have an unforgettable encounter with a gentle manatee and her calf. Just when it’s time to say goodbye to our new friends at Stella Marina, things take a turn — Excelsior’s keel gets caught on a neighbouring boat’s floating anchor line.
