Catalina 30 V Berth Cleaning, Galley Cooking - Our Sailing Life S3 E13

Ahoy! We are getting our Catalina 30 sailboat ready for sailing in 2025. A lot of boat projects need to be done each year, and we are cleaning and organizing our clothes in the V berth in this episode. Storage of clothing is essential to a well balanced boat when sailing on the water. Watch this episode for a surprise (Cyndi bought me a guitar for my birthday a few weeks ago on St. Patrick's Day and it's finally arrived). I did make food in the galley. I cooked Milanesa round steak by rolling it up into beef rolls. This is a common sailboat recipe for us because it's easy to make in the air fryer in the galley.
