With a project like this, there are always going to be ups and downs. The key is trying to stay up beat and finding a way around the road bumps. We've been greatly slowed down this summer by the work of figuring out the prop shaft assembly which has required a lot of machining which we needed help with. Now, we are back to the planking and we have run into another issue. The Resorcinol glue we had bought for the planking this summer turned out to have gone bad on us and now we are experiencing glue failures on planks we were hoping to get on the boat this week. It has been frustrating but it just means we need to move ahead with other tasks and just wait for some fresher glue and come up with a system to help them cure properly.
