In this episode, we overcome our fears and set off in the middle of the night towards the NORTH SEA. The Elbe river showed a little of his power and made the passage the most brutal we’ve ever had. Very strong winds combined with currents, waves and giant ships, for sure it was quite an experience. After, the sailing became so good that we extended our passage further south until we reached the summer in The Hague. Everyone enjoys seeing dolphins round their boat. And it seems catamarans attract more dolphins than monohulls. Presumably because the two bows are more fun to play with - and yes dolphins definitely play on the bow waves. We've seen two swim fast under the bridgedeck from port stern to starboard bow and vice versa, crossing underneath and seeing how close to the bow they could get. And we've seen the other dolphins clearly laughing at the one who hit our bow when cutting it too fine. That didn't happen this time, but here's a recent video taken when sailing our 30ft Sagitta catamaran from Fowey to Plymouth. Unusually for the English Channel it was clear, flat water so we could watch them easily.

This private event, aimed at future owners, was an opportunity to discover the entire Bali range directly at the shipyard. Over the course of two days, more than 300 visitors headed for the marina’s pontoons to discover the models in the Bali range. The programme alternated between exploring the boats and actually sailing: ✨Mornings: Visits to the catamarans while alongside the dock, allowing visitors to appreciate the various options and innovations specific to each model. ✨Afternoons: Trips out to sea aboard the Bali fleet, giving participants the opportunity to assess the performance of the catamarans, particularly under sail. 🌊Ideal weather conditions enhanced the event, highlighting both the sailing qualities and comfort of all the Bali models.
