The idea originates from an ancient Chinese tradition in which origami objects folded from paper money were burned, to ask the gods for a prosperous future. Bedruthan Steps, one of Cornwall’s most dramatic coastlines, has had its beach access closed for years — but in this video, Colin discovers the steps for himself. The National Trust officially closed access to the beach due to safety concerns, saying the steps and handrails were unsafe. But when Colin reached the gate, it wasn’t locked at all. Carefully walking down, he found the 120 stone steps still intact, although the handrail has rusted away in most places. Join us as we explore this legendary beach from a rare perspective. This is a new series I hope to keep up with. Every Wednesday I will take a recipe and try to turn it vegan. I love to cook and experiment, so most of the time I will just be making it up as I go! Sometimes I will recreate other people's recipes, and sometimes I will use a mix of different recipes. This week I made Vegan Cheddar Broccoli Rice, and it turned out SO good!
