Grazie all’esperienza trentennale dei nostri istruttori nasce OSA (Outcage Skipper Academy). L’accademia OSA ha l’obiettivo di preparare i suoi allievi per renderli autonomi nella conduzione di un’imbarcazione a vela. A questo fine, OSA ha strutturato i propri corsi per migliorare le competenze dei partecipanti in maniera trasversale. “Forti delle tre basi nautiche (Nettuno. (RM), Cala dei medici (LI), Puntone di Scarlino (GR)) e di uno staff istruttori qualificati, siamo in grado di offrire un’ampia varietà di corsi vela. La scelta strategica delle tre basi nautiche consente di raggiungere facilmente il porto d’imbarco e di passare piacevoli week-end o settimane in mezzo al mare. OSA offre un percorso formativo di altissimo livello a 360° tra i quali: corsi vela base; corsi ormeggi; sicurezza a bordo; navigazione notturna; corsi skipper; miles building; programmi tailor made studiati insieme agli allievi più esigenti. L’esperienza e la professionalità degli istruttori, unita alle numerose miglia percorse ci permettono di preparare al meglio allievi di ogni livello, trasferendo loro tutte le competenze necessarie per navigare in equipaggio, condurre un imbarcazione da comandante o per diventare uno skipper preparato sotto tutti punti di vista. Le lezioni in barca a vela hanno un lato pratico preponderante rispetto alla teoria pura utilizzando sia metodi induttivi (“learning by doing”) sia metodi deduttivi (“learning by imitating”), passando più tempo possibile a bordo. I corsi si svolgono con un numero ridotto di allievi. Questo permette di accelerare l’apprendimento in maniera esponenziale e consente di mantenere altissimo il livello di formazione individuale dei corsi.

Утром сдали катамаран, купили билеты на паром до Афин и пошли на городской пляж Парикии. Паром у нас отправлялся в 6 часов вечера. По дороге на пляж зашли в ресторан, заказали обед договорились с хозяином и оставили наши чемоданы. Пляж не далеко от центра Парикии и от марины, где брали и сдавали наш катамаран - 5-10 минут ходьбы. На пляже провели почти целый день После этого поздний обед в ресторане и к 5 вечера пошли на паром. В Афинах были в 22:00. Жилье у нас уже было зарезервировано заранее и мы поехали по адресу. По дороге зашли в магазин и купили все необходимое для хорошего ужина. Отметили, отпраздновали наш удачный отдых !!! In the morning we handed over our cat, bought tickets for the ferry to Athens and went to the local beach of Parikia. The ferry was to leave at 6 pm. On the way to the beach stopped by a restaurant and ordered lunch. The owner let us drop off our suitcases. The beach was not far from the center of Parikia and from the marina, where we rented and renturned our catamaran - 5-10 minutes walk. We spent the whole day on the beach. After that, we had a late lunch in a restaurant and by 5 pm we went to the ferry. Arrived to Athens at 22:00. Our accommodation had already been booked in advance and we went to the address. We reveal what has been taking our time over the last couple of weeks. Can we fit travelling to and from the boat with our Sustainable Sailing goals? We are refitting a 44 year old Rival 38 for a Sustainable Sailing retirement in a few years. Two years ago, when we bought Vida she was in a very tired and damp condition with all original equipment and fittings. We have removed all the gas, diesel and paraffin equipment, and are installing all electric (motor, cooking etc). Now that the inside is dry (thanks to new windows, new hatches and leak chasing) we are fitting her out for live-aboard world cruising.
