Switch "saute" mode on your pressure cooker ( or just on a pan) and fry carrots and onions in a pot for 5 min with a punch of salt . 2. Put it in a bowl of minced meat and crush bread in. Add fried carrots and onions. Add salt, pepper, and herbs. Mix well. 3. Fry chopped bell pepper in a pot. Add tomato paste and stock, salt, and sugar. Simmer for 5 min. 4. While sauce simmering fills bell pepper with meat mixture. And after simmer is finished put bell peppers in a pot. 5. Use high pressure for 12 min and after 10 min natural release after this quick relies on Note: you may serve peppers with rice or potatoes. Auch wenn du nur wenig Zeit hast - es lohnt sich immer, für kurze Zeit hinaus zu gehen und in dich in der Natur in eine Aufgabe zu vertiefen! Dabei spielt es eigentlich keine Rolle, auf was du dich einlässt - in diesem Video findest du auch einige "banale" Beispiele. Entscheidend für das Training ist, dass dein Job deine ungeteilte Aufmerksamkeit hat. Wenn das klappt, kann alles andere entspannen und in die Natur entlassen werden. Was dann passiert, ist immer wieder erstaunlich und eigentlich ein kleines Wunder! Die Natur nimmt unsere Spannung, unseren Sturkopf, den Ärger und das Leiden und was es sonst noch alles an Negativem bei dir geben mag, in sich auf. Sie kann irgendwie damit umgehen, wie die Pflanzen und die Bäume mit dem CO2. Ich glaube, das ist der besondere "Reinigungseffekt", den die Natur uns bieten kann, speziell im Bushcraften, aber natürlich auch bei jeder anderen Beschäftigung da draußen, die dich absorbiert. Wunderbar finde ich auch, wenn du in der Übung wieder zum Kind werden kannst und dich zum Beispiel mit einem guten Essen belohnst, einem schönen Gedanken oder einem großen Kinderlob wie z.B.: Das hast du jetzt richtig gut gemacht! Auch eine Mini-Challenge - wie das in diesem Video vorgeschlagene Camp in 2 Stunden - kann dir helfen, erst mal mit deinen "Kopf mitzunehmen", damit auch dein rationaler Geist "im Wald baden" kann. Die benutzen Werkzeuge und Gear habe ich unter dem Video verlinkt. Ich bin nicht von irgendwelchen Firmen gesponsert, ich finde die Sachen einfach gut :) Vergiss bitte nicht, diesen jungen Kanal zu abonnieren, damit er wächst. Day 2 started out rainy and gusty, making for a restless sleep, and me getting up far too early. But if you can't sleep, you may as well get up - so I did, and made some coffee while enjoying the approaching dawn. Options? We had plenty. Well, we really had two. Stay Put or Go Explore. By Noon we had Aubrey Island to ourselves, and while I had initially wanted to move the boat to the small dock on the East side of the Island, I realized that the wind and waves would have made for a very uncomfortable stay - so that idea was not viable. As the morning progressed, it looked like we were going to have a break in the weather....the wind was less gusty, and the rain more sporadic. What to do??? Decisions, Decisions!

Ahh - life before the Pandemic! August of 2014 we took off from Long Beach, Ca with our extended family to Seattle and the Pacific North West. We stayed at a beautiful VBRO in La Conner, Washington overlooking Skagit Bay. We took day trips to Deception Pass, Snoqualmie Falls, and downtown Seattle - Pikes Place Market. I really miss these summer family vacations when our kids were young enough to just happily go wherever we took them. Nowadays, they want a say in where we go. Enjoy
