Scuba Diving at Hol Chan Marine Reserve close to Ambergris Caye and Caye Caulker, off the coast of Belize. The reserve covers approximately 18 km² of coral reefs, seagrass beds, and mangrove forest. Hol Chan is Mayan for "little channel" and the current in the channel can be quite strong. Staying close to the walls can reduce the force of the current during your dive.

Boondocking in the California mountains when someone decided it would be a good idea to dam the water supply to this old mining camps ponds. Needless to say the mosquitoes took advantage of the stagnant water quickly so I had to do something about it.
