We show how we cook dorada. We got it from our spearfishing. A very simple recipe and a very tasty result. In a common kitchen. In electric grill in the cooker. No special equipment needed. Today together with Chef's Hands we will show you how we cook dorada. Very simple and tasty. In a common kitchen. We are cooking a dorada from our spearfishing. Feel free to use one from a shop fresh or frozen. Remove frozen dorada from the freezer and put it in the fridge 1day before cooking. To get a beatiful color we first make cuts on each side if the fish and then put it in water where we mixed 2 tbs of sugar and 2 tbs if salt. You can also add soya sauce like we do. Keep for 30 min. Not less. After that we take the fish out and remove the remaining water with a paper towel. We put it in the cooking tray and pour some olive oil on both sides. Insert toothsticks from inside the fish, like Chef's Hands are showing. It will make the grilling easier. Feel free to add your favorite spices. We add different peppers. Now - grill time! Put dorada in the electric grill. We have one in the cooker. Check every 10 min. Once one side becomes golden, turn to the other side. So our delicious dorada is now ready. Total grill time was 25 min. The weight is about 1 kg. You can add lemon now, but never do it before the fish is grilled. It will kill the real taste of the fish. Our dorada looks and smells great! Our longest sail ever! And yes of course our longest video ever too, sorry. We attempt to go Nassau to Bimini for a 30 hours sail. However, the weather just does not cooperate. About the Boat ''SY ROYAL ATENEA'' was built in Holland in 1973. Her original name was ''Antares''.She is a Jongert Trewes Design with 5mm Steel Hull and rigged as a Ketch with Aluminium Masts. Her LOA is 19.3m and she has a beam of 4.6m with a draft of 2.98m She weighs 33t and she can cruise at 7 kts with the engine and 8-10 kts on sail depending on the wind. She is fairly comfortable with 15 to 20 kts of wind. Freshwater capacity to last over 2 weeks and a fuel range of 13 days steaming. About the Boat ''SY Red Current'' is a Southerly 31 with the construction of GRP and rigged as a sloop with Aluminium Mast. Her LOA is 31 feet and she has a beam of 10 feet with a draft of 7 feet. She also has an electric swing keel which makes her draft very shallow and easy to enter in shallow water. We have done a lot of DIYs on this Jeep Wrangler, but our son is usually the only one in it. So we all jump in to hit the trails, which may have been a little much for mom. The wild stuff in this video is more at the end, our son wanted to start mom out a little slow. Now this jeep is outfitted with some modest trailing gear, of the links for the mods are in the playlist below. What probably helps this jeep out the most on the trail was changing the gears to 4.88. Then the 4-inch suspension lift coupled with the 1-inch body lift gives the clearance we need to run 33-inch tires, would not want to go much bigger on these axles. To make trailing easier, have a curved LED light bar with LED sidelights that seem to turn night into day. Upfront LED fog lights in a Barricade rock slider bumper to add a little more light down low. To add to the trailing enjoyment this Jeep has 1,800 watts of sound with enough highs to fill a valley and lows that will make your eardrums itch. For safety and recovery, we have the lights, but that just ain't enough. In the rough nestled in that Barricade bumper is a 9,000 lb winch with tow hooks. In the back, there is another Barricade bumper with the tow hooks. Then you always have to carry a tow strap, jack, some tools, and your brain to be safe on the trail.
