British Sailing Team athletes John Gimson and Anna Burnet attempt to set a new world record for sailing across the Irish Sea between Belfast and Portpatrick to raise awareness of sustainbility issues in the marine sector.

We decide it is time to get our Starlink mounted on the boat instead of moving it around on its stand. Plus we wanted to go sailing so it needed to be secure. Dwight found a pole at a Marine Surplus store that he could modify to mount the starlink on our Arch on back of boat. Had to order a few brackets and we were ready to go. From the day we stepped aboard “Moments in Time”, this main door latch on the cockpit/saloon door seems to pop off at the most inconvenient times. The other day was the last straw, it was me or the door latch, so I conjured up a solution and with Toni filming the exorcism, we began the process. It was tough, it was hard, it required power tools, but in the end, I believe the demons were exercised from that door latch and have departed our reality.
