Danach ging es zurück nach Fronteras, wo Karl schon sehrnsüchtig auf mich wartete und unruhig an seinen Festmachern zog. Matthieu ist für kurze Zeit auch noch mal an Bord gekommen und wir sind zusammen nach Cayo Quemado gefahren, einer wunderschönen ruhigen Bucht ein Stückchen flussabwärts. Our cabin sole is original to our 1965 Alberg 30. A few weeks ago it finally gave out and we decided it was time to finally take care of replacing the flooring. We used vinyl plank flooring to cover the existing flooring for the time being. The project was definitely harder than we initially thought but the finished product looks great! We would be lying if we said things had been easy… But why did we stop filming? First of all, thanks so much for watching our 81st episode and for your continued support! In this episode we pick things up where we left off, in Corme! Corme is a lovely harbour in the Galicia region of Spain (Northwest coast). We motor-sail further south, heading for a beautiful anchorage, in a place called Camariñas. Our windlass stopped working, so we got to work finding the issue and some serious lessons were learnt…!! We then jump into the burning issue, the elephant in the room… WHY HAVEN’T WE POSTED A VIDEO IN THREE MONTHS???? Well, technically we kept filming, or at least we had all the sailing footage from sailing Spain, but we just stopped editing and posting… WHY??? Sailing back to Sorong, Indonesia for another attempt to sort out our Water-Maker. As we leave, we are hailed & boarded by Indonesian Customs Patrol doing their routine inspections. We then sail on to Misool to find an anchorage for the night. Rob goes up the mast to check for possible "dodgy" spreader bolts. We end up in a lovely piece of paradise in West Misool, Raja Ampat.
