We had an opportunity to complete the final warranty work for “Moments in Time” and display Moments in Time in the 2025 Annapolis Spring Sailboat Show. Sail Away Catamarans wanted to prepare her before the boat show but I was still working. However, Admiral Toni has retired so she accompanied Captain Dave and Captain Jack aboard “Moments in Time” north to Liberty Marina. It was very hard for Skipper Pete to watch “Moments in Time” depart from the dock while remaining on shore. Admiral Toni filmed B-Roll video along the way. Kickback and enjoy this mostly B-Roll video of the voyage. Fun Fact: Captain Dave was there when “Moments in Time” was unloaded from Marco Polo and assisted the unpacking and making her sea worthy. Francis Joyon va repartir à la conquête du Trophée Jules Verne avec son trimaran Idec Sport et les cinq marins qui composaient déjà son équipage lors de la tentative ratée - à deux jours près - d'il y a un an. Le Trophée Jules Verne, tour du monde sans escale et en équipage, est détenu depuis janvier 2012 par Loïck Peyron et l'équipage du maxi-trimaran (40 m) Banque Populaire V en 45 j 13 h et 42 min, à la moyenne de 19,75 noeuds pour une distance orthodromique d'environ 21.600 milles. Les six hommes partiront dès l'ouverture d'une fenêtre météo intéressante, peut-être dès fin octobre. "Le plus tôt possible, en tout cas", indique Joyon dans un communiqué. Les cinq équipiers de Joyon, originaires d'horizons très différents et très polyvalents, sont les Français Gwénolé Gahinet et Clément Surtel, le Suisse Bernard Stamm, l'Espagnol Alex Pella et l'Allemand Boris Herrmann. After the Divisional Winners flag presentation on Saturday December 31, we caught up with Shane Kearns from Komatsu Azzurro who was the winner in the ORCi Division 4.

The spacious master suite cabin has a queen size bed, and vanity that is complemented by an adjoining make-up counter/desk, and ample cedar-lined closets, drawers, and lockers throughout. A built-in TV/DVD/SONOS system entertains in complete privacy, while a walk-in shower, head and European styled bidet cater to all your creature comforts. The Starboard guest cabin has twin lower single beds which can convert to a queen bed. The Port guest cabin has fixed twin lower single beds. All cabins are en suite head and shower. With prior approval of the captain KAWIL can accommodate a 7th guest (for example, a child or nanny) in the exercise room which has Pullman berths and en suite head. The guest using the exercise room would share a shower with one of the other guest cabins.
