On our way from Saint Martin to Dominica we visited Monserrat's former capital Plymouth, which has been declared off limits due to volcanic eruption in 1995. We drifted Poly just off the coast and flew the drone to gather footage. Then we headed to see how are Dominica and our friends there doing 2 months after the hurricane Maria hit it with the highest winds ever recorded on the island at 270 km/h or 165 mph. We talked to our friend Albert - a local Indian river guide and his family about their experiences during and following the storm. Enjoy.
