Without a doubt this week was absolutely incredible. Tigersharks up close and cozy, whale sharks coming out the blue. Heaps of Turtles, Eagle Rays and massive schools of Pelagic's. Not to mention a fantastic group of guests to make the week quite unforgettable

Steep drop offs, impressive hard coral and some fast currents make this area absolutely breathtaking. Schools of jacks are a familiar sight, as are large tuna, many turtles, Napoleon wrasse, groupers, rays, sharks and large lobsters. Great visibility is a blessing here, and there are also some special critter sites. https://www.thesevenseas.net/banda-sea/

Some of the highlights of a Raja Ampat cruise with the Seven Seas include the great diving, snorkeling and cave exploring around the rocky islands off South East Misool, the coral reefs of the Fam Island group, the fish and manta rays of the Dampier straight, the critter diving at Batanta and in Aljui Bay, and of course the great karst formations of the Wayag Archipelago up North. Kayaking among the bee hive shaped karst formations in the Wagmab Island chain in the South is nothing short of stunning, and scattered deserted beaches throughout the Raja Ampat islands make for excellent sunset hideaways. Village visits are unique throughout this region, birds of Paradise can been seen at various locations, and an enormously extended Atoll can be found around Ayau Island in Pacific waters in the far North. Europe was our last stop on our trip around the world. And what a great finish to our trip. Spending time and meeting family for the first time while exploring the Netherlands. Virginia and Duke head to Belhaven, North Carolina to spend an extended weekend on the catamaran. The sailboat is berthed at Dowry Creek Marina for the winter, until it can be sailed North to New York in the spring. Due to poor weather, no sailing was done this trip, but the weekend did provide a good opportunity to learn more about the boat and to get a taste of living aboard. Viewers told us that our audio was TOO LOUD in some spots, so we re-released Episode 2 with some of the audio leveled. We also cut out the final Walmart scooter scene because it was superfluous and made the video too long... maybe it is still too long! You need to sacrifice comfort, consistency, safety, time with family, and often your career but it is possible. - Why don't you have 10x more subscribers? My channel isn't that old, many of the bigger channels you can compare mine to started putting out videos a couple years before I began. I could always use your help sharing my videos, spreading the word, and connecting with cross promotional opportunities. Editing and travelling tend to take up all my time. - Where are you now?
