The sailing vessel Wahzoo took on the name Clockwork for the race and its crew of Droogs battled it out in 16 knot winds. We captured 3rd Place ! George David, holder of the RMSR Record (2007) reminisces about his experience in 2007

Just under 100 boats attended the Sydney amateur Sailing Club's Gaffer's Day regatta on Sydney Harbour today. In the "Ranger Couta Boats" division of 25 yachts the Australian Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull skippered his Couta Gaffer in a very fickle 8 knot breeze. The first part of the race was in this light east south easterly until the sea breeze came in and the pressure was steady. See an "interesting" mark rounding squeesing the PM. Later we retrieve a hat for Sir James Hardy's crew member. His beautiful gaffer Nerida was in fantastic condition.

The BPO yachts visit Espiritu Santo. Have a quick look at the Beach Front Resort where yachts arrived and Oyster Island Resort where they ended their Vanuatu cruise. Includes a long passage about the Millenium Cave Tour and a Water Music show. A big thank you to Brad & Sarah for their outstanding welcome at the Oyster island Resort and thanks to TVL for internet support. Filmed in August 2015.

2001 sind wir von Genua nach Capraia, von hier rund Elba, nach Korsika und über Marina die Pisa und Sestri Levante wieder zurück nach Genua gesegelt. Der film wurde mit einer Hi8 Kamera aufgenommen, damals das höchste der Gefühle. HD gab es leider noch nicht. Segelfreie Zeit ist auch eine gute Gelegenheit alte Erinnerungen wieder aufzufrischen. Irgendwann möchte ich all diese Orte wieder besuchen
