How much better could we be? The Istana is one attempt to answer that question. Combining the ancient and modern, The Istana allows technology and tradition to exist side-by-side. Modern bio-hacking methods (cryotherapy, sensory deprivation tanks, infra-red saunas, and hyperbaric chambers), are being utilised in tandem with meditation, yoga, and breathwork. Whatever it takes to create the optimum life, we are willing to find it, and share it with our clientele and community. We believe that world-class people, deserve world-class experiences. This is just where we facilitate them. Our aim is to provide a space where those seeking can not only find world-class services, but can explore how to apply these to themselves. Individualising methods to suit their personal rhythms and needs. Come find us, and fall in love with reality again. The Vaan R5 is the perfect size for extended blue water sailing or a family live-aboard. The main difference is the sliding door that is placed further aft in the LA version.
