How much better could we be? The Istana is one attempt to answer that question. Combining the ancient and modern, The Istana allows technology and tradition to exist side-by-side. Modern bio-hacking methods (cryotherapy, sensory deprivation tanks, infra-red saunas, and hyperbaric chambers), are being utilised in tandem with meditation, yoga, and breathwork. Whatever it takes to create the optimum life, we are willing to find it, and share it with our clientele and community. We believe that world-class people, deserve world-class experiences. This is just where we facilitate them. Our aim is to provide a space where those seeking can not only find world-class services, but can explore how to apply these to themselves. THIS is why we go sailing. To be all alone and at one with nature in amazing anchorages like the one featured here. We spent days swimming naked, kayaking and exploring tunnels leading to hidden lagoons full of wonder. Floating calmly in warm, crystal-clear waters above pure white sands, brilliant corals and abundant sea life while surrounded by amazing rock formations and lush, tropical jungle with the air filled by birdsong. If this place, hidden away in the Buton Strait of Indonesia isn’t Nature’s Playground we don’t know what is. It was simply our most stunning anchorage EVER! #sulawesiindonesia #nakedinnature
