In 2014 Ed completed an 18 month circumnavigation with his father, and I (Paige) got to tag along for most of the Pacific🙌🏻. Following Ed's return we knew we would do whatever it took to get back on the water, this time in our own boat, together. So, after nearly 5 years of planning, saving, and questioning our sanity, we quit our jobs in 2019 and sold most of our non-essential/non-heartfelt belongings. We've decided to spend the next few years dedicating ourselves to travel and adventure while living aboard our 37 foot home, Sea Pearl. Lots and lots of car bog and lots of sanding to round the edges to make the fiberglass stick. So here we go, obviously the first batch of bog I mixed up went hard straight away and I only used maybe half of it. I totally underestimated how quick that stuff goes off... Small batches it is :) I am still a bit nervous when I think about the fiberglassing, I have never done it and I really want to do a good job, I want it to neat!
