In 2014 Ed completed an 18 month circumnavigation with his father, and I (Paige) got to tag along for most of the Pacific🙌🏻. Following Ed's return we knew we would do whatever it took to get back on the water, this time in our own boat, together. So, after nearly 5 years of planning, saving, and questioning our sanity, we quit our jobs in 2019 and sold most of our non-essential/non-heartfelt belongings. We've decided to spend the next few years dedicating ourselves to travel and adventure while living aboard our 37 foot home, Sea Pearl. If you'd like to join us while we work to get our new home offshore ready and to see what we get up to on our future sailing adventures - like, subscribe, and follow along. We'd love to have you! Cheers! ⛵🌌☄️ "A sailboat beneath the stars, as the universe puts on a show." Calm waters mirror the night sky as meteors rain down — a silent drift through magic, wonder, and the surreal beauty of the cosmos. #MeteorShowerSailing #CelestialCalm #StarlitSea #SurrealEscape #CosmicDrift #NightSkyMagic #SailingUnderStars #OceanWonder

Soulmates has many custom touches, but the interior one that’s unique is the gimbled stove. The stove and oven are part of a unit that includes pot lockers on either side. The stove/oven/pot locker unit has a circular bottom that rides on halyard sheeves. Not only does the stove stay level, but the tops of the pot lockers on both sides of the stove stay level too. When the boat is heeling, the tops of the pot lockers become level surfaces that the cook can use for pouring a cup of coffee or plating dinner. I have never seen a set up like this on any other boat.

Who’s that rare toothy fellow in the dark? The Manytooth Conger Eel in a flash of bright blue glory. Growing up to 6 feet long this eel has several rows of teeth and is so coordinated he can even swim in reverse. Dive with us aboard CruiseNautic for truly unique adventure 👉🏽 https://cruisenautic.com/
