In 2014 Ed completed an 18 month circumnavigation with his father, and I (Paige) got to tag along for most of the Pacific🙌🏻. Following Ed's return we knew we would do whatever it took to get back on the water, this time in our own boat, together. So, after nearly 5 years of planning, saving, and questioning our sanity, we quit our jobs in 2019 and sold most of our non-essential/non-heartfelt belongings. We've decided to spend the next few years dedicating ourselves to travel and adventure while living aboard our 37 foot home, Sea Pearl. The countdown is on: one month to go! The XIX SW Rendezvous and Trophy is getting closer, bringing with it the joy of reuniting with familiar faces, sharing the wind, and living unforgettable days in Porto Cervo. From May 27th to 31st, a fleet of 11 yachts will sail together in the crystal-clear waters of the La Maddalena Archipelago, surrounded by the beauty and spirit that Southern Wind and its community create.
