Introducing the soon-to-be-famous Salt Wharf Burger. This bad boy incorporates the science behind how to properly grind beef with the indulgent pleasure of gooey cheese oozing out the sides after a big bite. Chef Chris created this burger based on the classics requirements of a great burger -- quality meat, a soft yet structured bun, bacon, crunchy veg, sharp cheese, and of course the pickle and fries. This version may be more elevated than the backyard griller's recipe, but it hits all the marks. Salt Wharf is located in Camden, Maine at the Lyman-Morse marina.

The design of the hull lines of J8 was originally from the legendary boards of Frank C. Paine. Paine is famous for his 1930 J-class yacht Yankee that was modified and updated in 1934 and the only J that could compete against the considerably longer waterline Super Js'. The lines plan shows that Paine designed J8 with an 88 ft original waterline length, a foot longer than any other J ever designed. He intended to accept a penalty on sail area for waterline length, which was quite radical in those days. The Royal Malta Yacht Club hosted its second race of the 2025 season on Saturday evening, when the Thomas Smith Triple Handed Night Race took place. The short handed race began in very light winds, with a shifty breeze and an easterly swell setting the stage for a testing night on the water. As the fleet made its way up the coast, towards the tuna pens outside St. Paul’s Bay, competitors had to navigate higher angles, gybe frequently, and deal with unpredictable wind conditions, particularly close to the fish farms which had to be navigated by most in pitch dark.
