Since we’ve been on the water for so many days, fitness content has been few and far between. So I dug this guy up from the archives. Let’s do it! We all know that training core can be a littleeeee boring, but is super important to supplementing your heavy lifts. ☀️ In my 90 day summer coaching program (starting June) we’ll be adding in tons of deep core work to tighten up that waistline, improve your posture, and improve your strength & form.
