We all know that training core can be a littleeeee boring, but is super important to supplementing your heavy lifts. ☀️ In my 90 day summer coaching program (starting June) we’ll be adding in tons of deep core work to tighten up that waistline, improve your posture, and improve your strength & form. On January 1st, the Global Surveyor sailed from Funchal to Porto Santo, all sails up. A great way to spend the first day of 2024. The Madeira Island Fireworks were spectacular! We saw the possibly largest fireworks display in Europe right from the deck of Global Surveyor! Visiting Porto Santo with its golden beaches and turquoise waters and the Savage archipelago which is a recognised UNESCO site was simply a treat. @gowestsailing
