Yanmar 3YM30AE Modifications when replacing 3GM30F on an Island Packet 320 #shorts

New engine update on my 1998 Island Packet 320. ⛵ They’re coming back for the final setup, fluids, coolant, oil, and hopefully the first start. This install has taken a long time because there have been so many modifications — water pump setup, Balmar alternator mount, throttle cables, pulleys, and all four engine mounts so the shaft and coupler can be lined up correctly. It’s been slow, but I’d rather it be done right. I’ve been filming the whole process in time lapse, and I’ll have a camera in the engine room for the first start.
