At the front Charlie Dalin on MACIF Santé Prévoyance continues to pull away from Yoann Richomme on PAPREC ARKÉA in the Vendée Globe, but the battle for 4th is fascinating. We hear from Conrad Colman at Cape Horn, Sam Goodchild who grabs a shower, Nico Lunven on tactical options (the audio quality is poor on this) and Boris Herrmann is caught in a storm the likes of which he hasn't seen before.
