After sailing one thousand miles upwind from Tahiti on our big mission to reach the remote Polynesian islands of the Gambiers, we have a major failure onboard that leaves us stranded on a deserted island, with no way to leave. This is our biggest challenge on our journey so far and we have to figure out a way to repair our boat if we have any hope of continuing on. There is no one else around, and we're hundreds of miles from the nearest village so we have no choice but to get creative.
