STINGRAY CITY - Need we say more | Ep 102 | Sailing Merewether

This week we continue to discover the beautiful island of Mo’orea by sea this time, we get up close and personal with stingrays and reef sharks and sail towards the next Society island Huahine. We have fallen in love with Mo’orea, the towering mountains all around, the lush green jungle and the turquoise blues of the ocean below. After hearing off a local about a place called “Stingray City” on the north west side of the island, we quickly jump in the dingy and headed over there. We needed to go there! And what a sight it was. Kieran was a bit scared in the beginning but wow, we just love exploring the underwater world. With only a few weeks left in the country we started our sail to Huahine, a bit sad to have to leave this magical island. Kieran makes a predicament of good wind and low waves... well one of the two was correct. I fell so seasick, I almost vomited.
