Spinnaker pole snapped in the middle of the Atlantic crossing - all hands on deck!

Pole is lost!! :) Things do tend to break on a sailboat, especially underway, but this one came as a surprise! The spinnaker pole folded in half at winds round 25-26 knts on a perfect downwind course. Bummer! Observe a good team work, as the crew secures the broken pole, furls the genoa sail, furls the main, unscrews expensive pole end caps, and then says goodbye to the broken pole, as it goes down to the bottom of the ocean. All that in a perfect cheerful mood, during pouring rain, after 10 days at sea and at at 6am in the morning! What a Team!!!
