Subscribe to this channel for our Vendee Globe Race content. In the 2020 Sam Davies (GBR) crashed into a UFO (Unidentified Floating Object) and she informed Race Management and her Shore Team. She diverted to Cape Town South Africa where her Short Team had assembled ready to undertake the necessary repairs. Here is a compilation of the reports we uploaded on her travails at that time. They made quick work of the repairs, Sam gat a haircut and she returned to racing, chasing the fleet.
