Two nice activities to do in Port Vila capital of Vanuatu are watching the Fire Dance Show in the Beach Bar, a mix of ancient traditions of playing with fire and modern Aussie coreography on electronic music. Also scuba diving in the bay is really beautiful and highly recommended.
