On the south side of the island we find shelter in Cala Rotonda — a stunning bay with turquoise water, hidden coves, and a natural rock arch just begging to be explored. Later, we head inland to visit the Valle dei Templi in Agrigento, one of the best-preserved sites of Ancient Greek temples outside of Greece, followed by a stop at the Archaeological Museum of Agrigento to see the giant telamon statues and original temple carvings up close. This episode also marks the start of a brand-new route: from the Sicilian Channel to Pantelleria, Malta, the Ionian Sea, Calabria, Puglia, and finally Greece's Ionian Islands — all the way to the mythical island of Ithaca. 🎥 This is sailing.
