Join or renew today: www.ussailing.org/membership Block 1 (3 rounds, 1min rest between) - 10 Cossack Squats - 10 Reverse Crunch to Candlesticks - 5 Pushups Pseudo Planche - 10 Tuck Ups Block 2 (9min block: Run through 3 exercises 3 times through for 45sec work per exercise with 15sec rest) - Burpees - Plank Hold - Reverse Lunges *Record Reps completed for Burpees and Reverse Lunges per round and sum as total to score (Plank Hold doesn’t count towards sum). **Post score to comments to engage with our US Sailing community.
