It is extremely easy to prepare and I hope it will be a nice change from the traditional lobster's recipes. That is of course for all the cruisers in the Bahamas :) We eat it like sushi with soy sauce and wasabi. Ingredients: Spiny lobsters or lobsters Sake Wasabi and soy sauce (if you like) 1. Remove the meat from the raw lobster 2. Warm the Sake (don't let the sake boil) 3. When the sake is warm, cook the lobster meat in the warm sake for a few min till the meat becomes white 4.
