We have sailed over 4000 nautical miles to reach the island paradise of Tahiti, and so far in our first week here, the island has not disappointed us one little bit!! We decide to spend a week in a marina near downtown Tahiti so we could be free to explore all around town and even the whole island. There is so much to see and do here, and we do our best to exhaust ourselves walking, shopping, dining, hiking, sight seeing by car, etc!!
