Toni and I were fortunate to get early access to the brand new Seawind 1160XL—the next evolution of the iconic 1160. The upgrades are substantial and clearly designed to carry the 1160 line forward for years to come. In this episode of Sailing with No Agenda, we’ll take a deeper dive into the 1160XL and explore what noticeable improvements were made to the iconic 1160 line. The 1160XL is built to be compliant with Category A "Ocean" rating which is the highest marine certification under the European Union’s Recreational Craft Directive (RCD).
