For weeks, Cape Town had been all about fixing the boat, chasing paperwork, and getting ready for the next leg of our journey. But once the biggest jobs were finally behind us, we realised we'd barely scratched the surface of one of the most beautiful cities we'd ever seen — so we decided to get amongst it. This episode takes us up the winding road to Chapmans Peak on a 15km run with friends, into the icy water for a surf at Llandudno, and up Lion's Head for one of the best views of Cape Town we've found yet.
