No wind, an evening sail and getting the drone out for some beautiful summer videos of the lake.

8 knot winds, 20 knot gusts forecast, but I arrive at the lake with hardly a ripple in the water!! So as its such a beautiful morning I decide to get the drone out and take some lovely videos, hope you enjoy them, the light was perfect. Watch out near the end when my drone nearly catches a tree!! So it was on to some boat projects: I added a cool little phone holder so I can attach an old Android rugged phone to my boat. I also put some marks on my dagger board to help me know how deep it has been set. I also find some lush Blackberries behind my standing and they're super delicious. I'll be sure to remember that this time next year. The wind finally picks up enough to have a leisure potter after lunch so we launch and see what we can do, however after a short lived flurry, we're back to nothing and I have to get the paddle out to get us home!! It's all a learning experience, no wind is quite tough to master because you have to be careful where you sit on the boat and its all about balance and finding wind.
