HOW to instal it was the difficult part. Drilling holes into the deck of a boat and cutting holes in it is NOT a decision you make lightly.. especially when you don't know what you're drilling into - but here's how we fixed our biggest, heaviest and most expensive piece of safety equipment onto the foredeck in the hope that it will never, ever need to be used!
