Taking down the spinnaker solo… something that felt way bigger in my head than it actually is. Turns out it’s just: Turn slightly downwind so the main blankets it Let the sheet go and let it flap Hoist the staysail to take some pressure off Open the hatch Stuff everything down and deal with it later Done. I don’t know why I was so scared of this one… but I guess that’s the thing with sailing alone, you build it up until you just have to go and do it.
