Final Opportunity – Giving 2022 As a non-profit sailing channel, we are undergoing a complete retro fit of our 1974 Alden Dolphin 47 to get her to be ocean worthy for some blue water cruising and to start our circumnavigation. We have self-funded the boat to this point for everything that has been done since we purchased her in Jan of 2022. We are now asking for your help to get us to the next step in the progression of the retrofit. In this phase we hope to obtain full insurance coverage on the boat (we currently only have liability) and to purchase a gimbled stove with oven, refrigerator, freezer and air conditioning unit. We would like to have this or a good portion of it slated for install in the 1st quarter of 2023. All financial contributions (or items purchased on Amazon) are tax deductible for your US income tax returns for full face and/or retail value. You contribution helps us to continue with project and support events to help us engage with our veterans thru events such as day sailings, working on the boat to help with projects and social gatherings.
